Health Minister Gagan Thapa has said that he is against the decision of providing financial support to NC leader Sujata Koirala. He said, he was absent in the cabinet meeting that took the decision to provide financial support worth 5 million rupees to Sujata. In the prime ministerial system of democracy if any minister is not satisfied with the cabinet decision, he should tender resignation. Therefore, on the moral ground, Gagan should resign, say political observers.
